Manage telephone contact with voters and supporters, some functionality already working for both ::Canvas (future name?) (to make voter list web accessible to live callers feeding results directly back to centralized database) and ::RoboCall (to manage automated outcalls using an Asterisk server). Now incorporates template driven design, user privilege separation, easy to manage configuration files, growing base of documentation, etc.

Also coded are ::WWW, ::Admin (a start), ::ListCheckOut and ::DB.

Imagined for the future are: ::Predictive, ::Dashboard, ::Install and ::Config.
