Submission of "Create New List" button should result in incremented list count, as does "New Group" button

on the manage_lists and dashboard pages, the "Create New Group" button results in the new group immediately being reflected in the group list, and in the group count on the dashboard summary. The "Create New List" should do the same, but does not. This is an issue of the sequence in which the elements are rendered and resorting those calls should rectify this issue.
