SQL-Ledger Accounting System for Campaigns and Organizations

At Campaign Foundations, we host SQL-Ledger Accounting which we are customizing to provide candidates and organizations the GAAP compliant accounting application their treasurers need, securely accessible from any web browser. Our accounting application is hosted on one of our encrypted server to protect the privacy of your passwords and your accounting data. As it says on their website:

"SQL-Ledger is a double entry accounting system. Accounting data is stored in a SQL database server, for the display any text or GUI browser can be used. The entire system is linked through a chart of accounts.

"Invoices, . . . Income Statement, Balance Sheet, . . . Work and Purchase Order, Statements, Receipts and Checks are generated from templates and can be changed to suit your needs. Templates are provided in html, tex and text format . . . to produce postscript and PDF documents. Documents can be sent to a printer, file or fax, displayed with a PDF viewer or sent by email. . . . "

Depending on customer support for the feature, our to-do list includes building templates to handle FEC repoorting requirements and linking our existing donation form with the accounting application to avoid the extra data entry.
