The Jobs tab permits you to track progress on each call job. But creating a phone bank is an expensive and labor intensive project. Traditionally you would have a volunteer coordinator working all week to fill the seats available one or three nights a week at the local insurance, real estate or some other office with lots of phones. Significant labor would be expended before and after every phone bank preparing lists to call and transcribing the notes from those call lists back into the database. Your volunteers are welcomed back to the application with statistics which acknowledge their contribution to your campaign and show that effort in the context of statistics showing the progress your campaign is making towards its goals.
The footer of the make-a-call form includes links to documentation for the application, links to your campaign's donor and subscription forms and contact information for your phone bank coordinator and to CampaignFoundations providing your users the technical support necessary to do their job.
Your phone bank coordinator will have access to statistics on the use of the application by each volunteer, sufficient to identify training needs, provide support and acknowledge each volunteers contribution to the effort.
